Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 계획된 행동이론을 기반으로 간호대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다.
방법: 편의표집을 사용하여 434명의 대상자가 5개 간호대학에서 모집되었다. 2018 년 10 월 25 일부터 11 월 25 일까지 자가기입식 설문지를 사용하여 데이터를 수집했다. 수집 된 자료는 기술 통계와 3 단계 위계적 회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석되었다.
결과: 계획된 행동이론의 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행위통제 및 역할 모델은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 전체 모형의 설명력은 63% 이었다.
결론: 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 계획된 행동 이론의 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행위통제에 초점을 맞춘 간호 기업가 교육 모델을 개발할 것을 제안한다.

Purpose: Based on the theory of planned behavior, the purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencingentrepreneurial intention in nursing students.
Methods: Convenience sampling was used to recruit 434 participantsfrom five nursing departments. The investigators used self-report questionnaires. The data were collected fromOctober 25 to November 25, 2018. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and three-step hierarchical regressionanalysis.
Results: Attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control of the theory of planned behavior,and role model showed a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The explanatory power of the whole modelwas 63%.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we propose developing a nursing entrepreneurial educationmodel focusing on attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control in the theory of planned behavior.
