Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â °èȹµÈ ÇൿÀÌ·ÐÀ» ±â¹ÝÀ¸·Î °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ Ã¢¾÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ¿äÀÎÀ» ÆľÇÇÏ°íÀÚ ½ÃµµµÇ¾ú´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ÆíÀÇÇ¥ÁýÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© 434¸íÀÇ ´ë»óÀÚ°¡ 5°³ °£È£´ëÇп¡¼­ ¸ðÁýµÇ¾ú´Ù. 2018 ³â 10 ¿ù 25 ÀϺÎÅÍ 11 ¿ù 25 ÀϱîÁö ÀÚ°¡±âÀÔ½Ä ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© µ¥ÀÌÅ͸¦ ¼öÁýÇß´Ù. ¼öÁý µÈ ÀÚ·á´Â ±â¼ú Åë°è¿Í 3 ´Ü°è À§°èÀû ȸ±Í ºÐ¼®À» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®µÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á°ú: °èȹµÈ ÇൿÀÌ·ÐÀÇ Åµµ, ÁÖ°üÀû ±Ô¹ü, ÀÎÁöµÈ ÇàÀ§ÅëÁ¦ ¹× ¿ªÇÒ ¸ðµ¨Àº â¾÷Àǵµ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÃÆ´Ù. Àüü ¸ðÇüÀÇ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 63% À̾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ °á°ú¸¦ ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î °èȹµÈ Çൿ ÀÌ·ÐÀÇ Åµµ, ÁÖ°üÀû ±Ô¹ü, ÀÎÁöµÈ ÇàÀ§ÅëÁ¦¿¡ ÃÊÁ¡À» ¸ÂÃá °£È£ ±â¾÷°¡ ±³À° ¸ðµ¨À» °³¹ßÇÒ °ÍÀ» Á¦¾ÈÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: Based on the theory of planned behavior, the purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencingentrepreneurial intention in nursing students.

Methods: Convenience sampling was used to recruit 434 participantsfrom five nursing departments. The investigators used self-report questionnaires. The data were collected fromOctober 25 to November 25, 2018. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and three-step hierarchical regressionanalysis.

Results: Attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control of the theory of planned behavior,and role model showed a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The explanatory power of the whole modelwas 63%.

Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we propose developing a nursing entrepreneurial educationmodel focusing on attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control in the theory of planned behavior.
